一、BS-2305 UV光固化涂料用二氧化硅消光剂

产品简述 Product profile

BS-2305消光剂由本公司自主研发的专用于UV涂料的消光剂。它主要是采用独特的生产工艺，及特殊的表面处理精制而成。该产品具有更低的吸油值，降低了消光剂对涂料粘度的影响，提高涂料的分散性能，同时能更好的改善UV涂料体系的稳泡性能，提升漆膜表面的固化速度，改善漆膜的表面张力。

BS-2305消光剂具有极佳的透明度、优越的抗刮性及耐磨性。同时能更好的解决产品的稳泡性问题。非常适合应用于不同施工工艺的体系中，比如辊涂、淋涂、喷涂等。

BS-2305 matting agent is developed independently by our company for UV coating. It adopts unique production process and is refined by special surface treatment. The product has a lower oil absorption value, which can reduce the influence on the viscosity of coating and improve the dispersion performance and foam stability of UV coating system, enhance the curing speed and the surface tension of the coating film.

BS-2305 matting agent has excellent transparency, superior scratch resistance and abrasion resistance. At the same time, it can solve the problem of foam stability. So It is suitable for different construction processes systems better, such as roll coating, curtain coating, spray coating and so on.

BS-910消光剂主要是采用独特的生产工艺，及特殊的表面处理精制而成的新一代高品质消光剂。其独特的折射率，能赋予漆膜更好的透明性，施工过程中既有很好的润湿效果，使得漆膜具有更好的细腻手感，从而更好的展现素材的层次感，以及色彩的鲜艳度。

BS-910消光剂是新一代高透明性、高消光效率产品，主要用于高端的木器涂料、塑胶涂料等。

BS-910 matting agent is a new generation of high quality matting agent. It is made from unique production process and special surface treatment. Its unique refractive index can give coating film better transparency. The product can show better wetting effect in the construction process, also can give the coating film better delicate feeling. Meanwhile the product shows the layers of material better, as well as improves the brightness of the color.

三、BS-3512 工业漆及油墨用消光剂

BS-3512消光剂采用独特的生产工艺，能产生更好的产品性能，使其在各种清漆体系中能够展现出更高的透明性，同时对漆膜的干燥、重涂附着力都没有任何影响。该产品经过特殊的表面处理，使其能够更好的展现涂料表面丰满度和爽滑手感，以及漆膜的抗刮耐磨性。特别在塑胶漆能起到很好消光效率，并能更好展现素材的层次感，以及色彩的鲜艳度。

BS-3512 matting agent adopts a unique production process, which can produce better product performance, mean while it show higher transparency in various varnish systems, no impact both on drying property and to inner surface adhesion resulted from overcoating. With a special surface treatment, the coating of BS 3512 developed a rich surface and excellent touch on the coating film, as well as a better scratch resistance. Especially in plastic coating, BS 3512 provide a high matting efficiency, stronger sheen effect, and enhance the appearance profile of the coated items.

2018年，鑫辉化工在福建龙岩市新建一个年产2万吨二氧化硅消光剂和5万吨硅酸钠生产线，目前一期工程已经投入使用，市场响应相当好。据透露，龙岩工厂总规模近百亩，产量将增加4到5倍，第二期扩建完善以后将成为行业市场上最大的厂房，全方位提升产能。
