Construction Paint Production Line Automation Solution

In the construction paint production line we supplied, powder is automatically delivered to the storage tank through the unpacking station or tank truck, combined with recipe automatic control, using pneumatic conveying method to transport to the weighting tank and HSD. The liquid is pumped through pipelines, and high-accuracy metering and dosing are carried out using load cell on hopper or HSD. Compared to traditional dosing processes that suffer from severe lost of raw materials, high pollution, and high labor intensity, our new production process are truly environmental friendly and fully automated. Using our company's two-stage production process combined with efficient HSD to complete dispersion and dilution,which can effectively shorten production time. The fully automatic filling line completes filling, capping, and labeling, and finally stored in the warehouse by the palletizing robot. For customized paint production, automatic coloring can be completed by color mixing robots.
