Gather international crude oil for the biggest one-day increase in nearly two months

The Sino US trade talks continued to move in a positive direction. The US employment report in October was better than expected, the number of us oil drilling wells continued to decline, and crude oil futures in Europe and the US rose sharply on Friday (November 1). New York Mercantile Exchange West Texas light oil futures settled at $56.20 per barrel in December 2019, up $2.02/barrel, or 3.7%, from the previous trading day, with a trading range of $54.07-56.33; London Intercontinental Exchange Brent crude oil settled at $61.69 per barrel in January 2020, up $2.07/barrel, or 3.5%, from the previous trading day, with a trading range of $59.4-61.82 Buckets.
