Aegion Coating Services Acquired by Voyager Interests

Voyager Interests private equity firm has acquired Aegion Coating Services (ACS) from the Aegion Voyager’s investments specialize in the energy services and equipment sector. Corporation. Financial terms were not disclosed.
ACS was founded in 1979 and is the global leader in field joint coating services using proprietary robotic tools that apply protective coatings to external and internal segments of potable water, saltwater, natural gas, and crude oil pipelines. The company serves the Middle East, South America, Asia, and other locations.
