Instructions

1.Grassroots processing

The base layer should be solid, free of floating dust and dirt, and the moisture content should be less than 10%. For smooth substrates such as gypsum board, it is necessary to use  concrete interface agent to make it rough before construction; for substrates such as calcium silicate board and concrete, it is necessary to roll the  concrete interface agent diluted with 50% of water twice, and then apply putty after the interface agent is dry, and the bubbling phenomenon can be significantly improved; for special base surfaces that are prone to bubbling, if bubbling still occurs after applying  interface agent, you can also first scrape a thin layer of putty, and then immediately apply normal putty, and the putty bubbles can be greatly eliminated.

2.Material mixing

The recommended water addition amount is about 40%-45%. The actual amount of water to be added is based on the construction consistency. After stirring evenly, let it stand for 15 minutes (30 minutes in winter), then stir again and it is ready for use. It is strictly forbidden to add other materials except water.

3. Scrape and level

The thickness of each putty scraping should be greater than 0.5mm and not more than 1.5mm, and the total scraping thickness should not exceed 2mm. If the thickness is too thick at one time, it is easy to shrink and crack. If the leveling thickness is greater than 2mm, it should be leveled with  plaster first. Putty scraping should be completed when the plaster layer is semi-dry (no deformation when lightly pressed by hand), and polished flat after solidification.
