Produced using imported high-performance synthetic low-density polyethylene wax and a unique process, which features soft texture and excellent transparency.

Provides outstanding anti-sticking properties with minimal impact on recoating and gloss which offers a high cost-performance ratio.

【 Applications】

1. Exhibits good migration and isolation properties in water-based coatings, with minimal impact on recoating and gloss. It is an ideal anti-sticking additive for plastic films, textile printing, leather coatings, and various water-based adhesives.

2. Functions as a softener and smoothing agent for textiles, enhancing abrasion resistance, tear resistance, sewing lubricity, and softness of fabric feel. It can also be used in printing pastes.

3. Serves as a lubricant, release agent, adhesive, and sizing agent for coated paper products.

4. Acts as a water-based release agent suitable for metal die-casting, rubber and plastics, construction, and other fields.

【Precautions】

1.   Store in a sealed container in a cool and dry place, avoiding freezing.

2.   The product has a shelf life of six months when stored at room temperature in its original packaging. Once the container is opened, it is recommended to use the product within a short period.

3.   Shake well before use to ensure uniformity.

4.   When mixing with resins, solvents, or other substances, pre-test compatibility, particularly considering pH values. It is generally recommended to add the wax emulsion at the final stage of the mixing process.
