Analysis of Start-up Rate of Polyethylene Downstream Enterprises in March 2019

In March 2019, the overall start-up rate of agricultural film enterprises was 47%, and the monthly increase was 18%. In North China, the starting rate is about 34%, the ring ratio is increased by 9%; in Northeast China, it is 38%, the ring ratio is increased by 24%; in Northwest China, the starting rate is 70%, and the monthly ring ratio is increased by 33%. March is the peak season of plastic film demand, and the start-up rate of plastic film enterprises in China has generally increased.
