Statistics of downstream start-up rate of PE this week

This week, downstream PE starts to rise and fall. The start-up rate of agricultural film industry decreased by 5 percentage points to 39%, the start-up rate of pipe industry increased by 3 percentage points to 55%, and the other industries started basically stable. At present, the mainstream start-up rate is between 55% and 57%. The demand for agricultural film has weakened and the construction of pipe industry has steadily increased.
At present, the market has no clear good news guidance, downstream factories are still mainly purchasing on a small one-time basis.
