تقع شركة زونغشا (تيانجين) للبتروكيماويات المحدودة في منطقة تيانجين بينهاي الجديدة. وهي شركة بيتروكيماوية واسعة النطاق تشارك في تمويلها شركة الصين للبتروكيماويات المحدودة وشركة الاستثمار الصناعي الأساسي السعودية بنسبة 50:50. لديها ثمانية مجموعات من التكنولوجيا المتقدمة ومرافق الإنتاج الرئيسية على مستوى عالمي، بما في ذلك 300،000 طن / سنة مصنع البولي إيثيلين عالية الكثافة و 300،000 طن / سنة مصنع خطي. وحدة البولي إيثيلين منخفضة الكثافة.
