Performance Characteristics

Fine particle size, minimal impact on gloss in high gloss coatings, low emulsifier content, excellent water resistance. Ideal for use as an efficient surface hydrophobic agent and anti-blocking agent in water-based coatings, significantly reducing the surface tension of the film. During the drying process of the coating, it can migrate to the surface of the coating to form a protective film, providing good water repellency and anti-blocking effects. Acid and alkali resistant, good stability when compounded with resin emulsions.

Product Uses

1. Ideal waterproofing agent and anti-blocking agent for water-based paints (metal paints, wood paints, plastic paints, etc.), water-based coatings, and water-based inks, providing a lotus leaf-like water-repellent effect. Also effective in anti-friction, scratch resistance, and increasing gloss.

2. Textile waterproof finishing, anti-blocking agent for printing pastes.

3. Waterproofing agents, adhesives, anti-blocking agents for paper products. Can be used on specialty papers.

Precautions

1. Store in a sealed and cool place, avoid freezing.

2. The shelf life in the original packaging at room temperature is six months. Once opened, it is recommended to use it within a short period.

3. To ensure product uniformity, shake well before use and consider filtering the product before use.

4. When mixing with resins, solvents, and other substances, test compatibility in advance, especially regarding PH. It is generally recommended to add the wax emulsion at the end of the mixing process.
