The Hanarey SC-225 offers independent control of up to four LED heads, ensuring exceptional curing flexibility. This small, versatile unit offers high intensity, long die life, and great PLC functionality. LED heads are available in 365, 385, and 405 nm, with intensity of up to 22.9 W/cm2. They can be used with 3-, 5-, or 8-mm diameter focusing lenses, which allows tailoring of the unit to your curing requirements. Recipe storage is included for up to 20 programs. Curing cycles can be activated by screen, foot pedal or PLC interface, allowing the unit to be easily incorporated into automated systems.

The FE-225 LED flood-curing system is a high intensity flood-curing system that delivers true, high-irradiance LED light for high speed, depth, and fullness of cure. For the user who needs to flood cure a large area, this system provides the best cure by combining intensities of over 2 W/cm2 and 365nm, 385nm and 405nm wavelengths with a 127 mm x 127 mm (5” x 5”) curing area and high uniformity. The FE-225 is comprised of a controller and up to two LED emitters. The controller features a 175 mm (7”) touch screen with an intuitive, easy to use interface. The FE-225 offers maximum flexibility as it can be coupled with a full suite of accessories and used as a bench-top system or be integrated into conveyors and larger machines.

Lastly, the CC-200 UV curing conveyor is a reliable and efficient curing equipment, offering a 30 cm wide conveying system capable of accommodating up to two FE-225 emitters, four 5000-EC lamps or up to two 15-centimeter microwave lamps. The choice of lamp groups can be tailored to the intensity requirements, as can the working distance from the lamps to the belt. Vertical clearance is adjustable, with optional riser kits to raise the minimum lamp height to 10, 15, or 25 cm, The CC-200 comes in two styles: belt and chain (customized). This system features a structurally efficient design, allowing for customizable development of special curing forms, such as multi-angle irregular UV irradiation curing, pseudo-vacuum and gas protection, additional cooling systems, and more. It is suitable for various applications such as coating, sealing, gasket applications, and high-throughput applications, providing a consistent and safe solution for your curing processes.
