
Sale of J.W. Ostendorf and Renaulac to Fidelium Partners

J.W. Ostendorf announces that the intention announced by Hempel A/S to sell the company and its subsidiaries FLT Handel und Service and Renaulac in France to Fidelium Partners will become legally effective on 1st August
The transaction includes the production plant in Coesfeld, Westphalia, Germany, as well as the approximately 550 employees in Germany and abroad.
Uli Lorenz, Managing Director at Fidelium Partners, commented: “With the acquisition of J.W. Ostendorf, we aim to build a strong presence in the European decorative colours market. We look forward to supporting the management team and the entire workforce on the path back to becoming an independent company.” J.W. Ostendorf is confident that this new era under the leadership of Jan Ostendorf, supported by Fidelium Partners, will realise the company’s full potential and strengthen its position in the European decorative paint market.
