Polyrheo USA تشتري المصنع من شركة Huntsman

أعلنت شركة Polyrheo USA عن شراء مصنع Huntsman’s Maple Shade في نيو جيرسي في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية للتصنيع الكيميائي.
كانت هذه المنشأة مملوكة سابقاً لشركة CVC Thermoset و Emerald Performance Materials ، قبل أن تستحوذ عليها شركة Huntsman في فبراير 2020. بدأت شركة بوليريو عملية إعادة تشغيل هذا المصنع. سيكون توقيت البدء متسقا مع تجديد التراخيص ، إلخ.
وأوضح توني توماس، رئيس شركة بوليريو في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، أن موقع ميبل شاد هو الخطوة المنطقية التالية نحو الهدف الاستراتيجي المتمثل في أن يصبح مصنعًا كيميائيًا ذي صلة في الولايات المتحدة مع التركيز على المواد الكيميائية لسوق كيس، وخاصة الراتنجات. "Maple Shade هو مصنعنا الكيميائي الثالث في الولايات المتحدة. ويقع الآخرون في فيلادلفيا في ولاية بنسلفانيا ونيويل بوليمرز في ولاية فرجينيا الغربية (مصنع راتنج ديلتك السابق)." كما تمتلك الشركة مرافق إنتاج في كندا والهند.
