Recommended products: Hydroxylamine-based phenol-free antioxidant 420 with strong color protection

2024-11-08 08:40

Revonox 420 is a hydroxylamine-based phenol-free antioxidant with good color protection, high compatibility, low volatility and stable high-temperature storage. It performs particularly well as a stabilizer in melt processing.

It is more effective than traditional hindered phenolic antioxidants in inhibiting gas fading and discoloration. It can be used together with phosphoric acid-based antioxidants to achieve optimal performance. Revonox 420 is particularly suitable for polypropylene fibers, automotive TPO, and systems that strictly require color protection and resistance to gas fading, such as polyolefin applications.

Product Application

Revonox 420 is recommended to be used in combination with phosphite stabilizers, such as DEOX 68 and DEOX 604. This combination can be used as a stabilizer for efficient melt processing, suitable for polypropylene fiber application systems and automotive TPO. The recommended dosage is 0.05% to 0.15%, which varies depending on the material or application.
