Montreail-based Protech Group Acquires Caldwell Chemical Coatings.

The Protech Group has acquired the industrial coatings business and assets of Caldwell Chemical Coatings of Fayetteville, Tennessee.
Caldwell is a well-recognized name in liquid industrial coatings and has been providing quality specialty products and excellent service to its clients for many years. Caldwell’s principle, Rob Caldwell said: “We are looking forward to joining the Protech family to grow the liquid business together. We are excited about the products and capabilities that Protech can offer our long-standing customers”.
Protech fully expects to benefit from the excellent business relationships that Caldwell has developed over the years with its customers. Protech will maintain manufacturing operations in Fayetteville TN. Current customers of Caldwell will continue to be able to obtain the products they are currently purchasing and, as well, will now have access to Protech’s worldwide network of products and technology.
