T-550 is a glyeidyl containing solid acrylie resin designed for applying in low acid value saturated carboxyl polyester powder coatings system as hardener using compatibility difference to achieve matt gloss.T-550¡¯s reactivity and matting performance are both superior than similar products in market, and is more suitable for outdoor matting powder, lt has characteristies as follows: 1. Excellent matting performance with less dosage, normally with only 80% dosage of similar products:2, good mechanical performance;3, more steady gloss, hardly affected by production process and spraying conditions.

¢ÙPolyester to T-550 ratio is 75/25,when use polyester with acid value between 30-35mgKOH/g.Normally select lower acid value polyester to get cost reduction and more smoothness film appearance.

¢ÚHAA  curing  agent,T-318/TGIC,usually  is  used  to  adjust  the  gloss  of finish.In  mass  production,we  always fix the usage of pure polyester,T-550 and catalyst T-62,and only control gloss by T-318/TGIC or primid.

¢ÛUsing 0.05¡«0.2%dosage of T-62 in formulations above can make film mechanical performance better, gloss lower and stable,with reduced cost.But when using too much,levelling would be affected.

Package and storage:

Packaging with PE lined Kraft paper bags, Net weight is 25kg per bag. Store in cool and dry place to avoid moisture. According to our experience, the period of validity of this product is at least 2 years when ambient temperature is below 30 ℃.
