This product is made through a unique production process using polymerization reactions between organic and inorganic substances. Its unique chemical properties enable it to better cross-link with resins, imparting better transparency to the paint film without adversely affecting the coating's recoatability. It also enhances the scratch resistance of the paint film surface, resolves the issue of gloss marks, and exhibits good self-healing properties for common scratches. Additionally, it gives the paint film a smooth and silky feel. The organic matting agent is characterized by easy dispersion and uniform arrangement, which improves the flowability of the coating. Products with low porosity and oil absorption can provide the paint film with better water and chemical resistance and demonstrate better reflow stability in UV systems.
