T-302D is a wax-free containing and resin based matting agent designed for applying in TGICsystem. It can provide 5%-60% of the luster of outdoor matting powder by addingT-302D at the dosage of 1%-5.5%.This chemicalsystem has low gloss,excellent levelling and surface fullness,suitablefor black system. Under over baking conditions,gloss and colour still maintain stable.

Precautions

① In the same formulation, gloss may have deviation due to the adoption of different polyesters . Generally,polyesters with slow reaction speed have lower gloss.

②Less amount of TGIC could be consumed by T-302D. In order to obtain better mechanical properties,normally excess TGIC and T-302D ratio of about 10/1.

Package and storage:

Paekaging with PE lined Kraft paper bags, Net weight is 25kg per bag. Store in cool and dry place toavoid moisture. According to our experience, the period of validity of this product is at least 2 years wherambient temperature is below 30 ℃.
