Heather Remley Named President and CEO of BASF Corporation

Marc Ehrhardt, the current CEO of BASF Corporation, has decided to leave the company at his own request.
Heather Remley, president, global engineering services, Ludwigshafen, will assume responsibility as president and CEO of BASF Corporation, Florham Park, NJ, effective April 1, 2025. Marc Ehrhardt, the current CEO of BASF Corporation, has decided to leave the company at his own request.
Christian Aucoin, SVP, global operations agricultural solutions, Limburgerhof, will, as president, succeed Heather Remley at the same time.
