This news marks that another significant project of Rosf has entered the construction countdown, adding new impetus to its vigorous development in China's coating raw materials industry.

In December 2023, Anhui Rosf New Material Technology Co., Ltd. officially commenced operations. As Rosf's fourth production base globally, the factory is located in the Anhui Mingguang Coating Industrial Park, covering an area of over 80 acres with a total investment of 500 million yuan. It can achieve an annual production capacity of 200,000 tons of water-based acrylic emulsions. Rosf Anhui Mingguang Base

After the Anhui Mingguang Base, Rosf's expansion did not halt. The High-Performance Environmentally Friendly Acrylic Emulsion Project of Guangdong Rosf New Material Technology Co., Ltd., announced in 2025, involves a total investment of 1.2 billion yuan and plans to produce 150,000 tons of environmentally friendly emulsions annually. Covering an area of 40 acres, Rosf's Sanshui Base is situated at the "Qiulanji" plot in Gangzaicun, Yongfeng Village Committee, Datang Town, Sanshui District, Foshan City. It plans to produce 130,000 tons of water-based acrylic emulsions, 8,000 tons of polyurethane hot-melt adhesives, and 27,000 tons of water-based industrial resins annually, with an expected annual output value exceeding 1 billion yuan. As a "strategic tribute" marking Rosf's seventh anniversary, this project will not only propel Rosf's total production capacity to surpass 500,000 tons, placing it in the industry's first tier, but also complete the layout of a "diamond-shaped manufacturing network" covering East China, North China, Southwest China, and South China with the establishment of its fifth major production base nationwide, accumulating strong momentum for future development.

Additionally, Rosf has also established or commissioned bases in Jining, Shandong; Qionglai, Sichuan; and Taishan, Jiangmen, gradually forming a comprehensive production capacity layout. This precise layout has yielded remarkable results, significantly reducing transportation costs and substantially enhancing supply chain resilience. Through regional collaboration, Rosf has constructed an 8-hour logistics circle covering 80% of China's economic regions, achieving efficient distribution.
