Hz info:the Gansu Luzhou Exterior Wall Environmental Protection New Material Technology Industrial Base Project, as a key project in Gaolan County in the third quarter, has been advancing rapidly as planned since its construction started in early September 2024. At present, the main construction of the base has been fully completed, the equipment debugging and installation work is in full swing, and the supporting factory greening and road projects are also being accelerated. It is expected to be fully completed and put into use in September this year.

This project is invested and constructed by Gansu Luzhou Tuqiang New Material Technology Co., Ltd. with a total investment of 150 million yuan and an annual planned investment of 40 million yuan. The project covers an area of 40,981.2 square meters with a total construction area of 19,651.45 square meters. It includes core production facilities such as comprehensive office buildings, technology centers, product exhibition halls, laboratories, environmental protection water-based coating workshops, and insulation board workshops, and is equipped with complete water, electricity, road, heating and other infrastructure. After completion, it will have an annual production capacity of 200,000 tons of polymer mortar, 20,000 tons of water-based coatings, 1 million square meters of exterior wall decorative integrated boards, and 200,000 cubic meters of insulation boards. It is estimated that the annual sales revenue will reach 150 million yuan, with a tax payment of approximately 17.92 million yuan, and it will also create 350 job opportunities locally.
