Hz info:On October 19, 2025, the project of Yiliang Haohong New Material Co., Ltd., "Annual Production of 3,000 Tons of Nano Coatings and 10 Million Square Meters of Nano Fabric Coating Production Lines," officially commenced construction at the Yiliang Industrial Park in Yunnan. This project represents a strategic move by Suzhou Haona New Material Technology Co., Ltd. in the southwestern region and an important initiative to promote the integrated development of light industry, textiles, and new materials in the local area.

With a total investment of 50 million yuan, the project will build 3 new coating production lines, 1 nano-fabric coating production line and supporting facilities, and simultaneously construct a R&D center and a exhibition center. It is planned to be completed and put into production in June 2026. Focusing on three major fields of photovoltaic new energy, high-end automobiles and medical devices, the project will establish a complete "industry-university-research-application" system, focus on overcoming cutting-edge coating technologies such as medical lubrication, and strive to realize the import substitution of key materials, so as to build an internationally advanced nano-coating solution platform. As a key project for the integrated development of local light textile industry and new materials, after completion, the project will further improve the regional high-end functional materials industry chain and provide key material support for strategic emerging industries such as new energy, communications and construction.
It is reported that to ensure the efficient progress of the project, Suzhou Haona New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. registered and established Yiliang Haohong New Materials Co., Ltd. in Yiliang on September 26, 2025, as the specific implementation entity of its high-performance nano-coating material production base in Yiliang, with a registered capital of 1 million yuan. In August this year, the Administrative Committee of Yunnan Yiliang Industrial Park signed the "Investment Agreement on Yiliang Production Base Project of High-Performance Nano-Coating Materials" with Suzhou Haona New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 150 million yuan. After the project reaches its designed production capacity, the expected output value will be 500 million yuan. The official groundbreaking of this project marks the entry of this cooperation into the substantive construction stage.
Since its establishment in 2018, Suzhou Haona New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. has always focused on the R&D and industrialization of high-performance nano-coating materials, and has now developed into a high-tech enterprise with independent intellectual property rights and a complete R&D system. Relying on its profound accumulation in the field of nano-coating technologies such as superhydrophobicity and superhydrophilicity, Suzhou Haona's products have been successfully applied in various fields such as building self-cleaning, automobile protection and electronic waterproofing.

In 2024, the national standard "Self-Cleaning Coated Glass for Solar Photovoltaic and Solar Thermal Power Generation", in which Suzhou Haona participated as a drafting unit, was officially implemented. Dr. Zhu Hongjun, General Manager, served as one of the drafters. This not only demonstrates Suzhou Haona's authoritative position in the field of nano-coating technology, but also reflects its technical responsibility for promoting the standardization of the industry.

In terms of self-cleaning technology, the photovoltaic power station self-cleaning nano-coatings developed by the company have the advantages of high light transmittance, anti-static property and easy cleaning. For the optimization of the optical performance of photovoltaic modules, the glass anti-reflection nano-coatings developed by the company can effectively improve the light transmittance. Moreover, the anti-dust nano-coatings, which combine surface structure technology and in-situ pore-forming technology, have realized the dual functions of anti-reflection and dust resistance. A single layer of coating can increase the light transmittance by 2.2% to 2.3%. In addition, the high-reflection nano-coatings equipped in bifacial power generation modules also show excellent characteristics such as high reflectivity, aging resistance and UV curing, which can effectively improve the power generation efficiency of the modules.
In addition, the superhydrophilic nano-coating technology developed by the company enables rainwater to quickly penetrate into the lower layer of dirt through a unique self-cleaning mechanism, softening and removing surface pollutants. This prolongs the cleaning cycle while keeping the photovoltaic panels clean, achieving the goal of increasing efficiency and reducing costs. With the rapid growth of global demand for BIPV (Building-Integrated Photovoltaic) technology, this technology will provide important support for the development of the photovoltaic industry.
In the field of environmental protection technology, Suzhou Haona successfully developed the "fluorine-free nano-technology" in 2023. By constructing a special material surface microstructure and reducing surface energy, this technology achieves long-term fluorine-free super water-repellent effect, and its waterproof performance exceeds the industry level 5. It is worth mentioning that this technology has passed the authoritative testing of SGS, confirming that the products are completely free of fluorine compounds, in line with the international environmental protection trend, and providing a new technical path for sustainable development.
